STEAMED BAO BUNS – perfectly fluffy and filled with asian glazed duck breast. Bao buns are a Chinese tradition originating as far back as the 13th century and has been around ever since, mostly popular with Chinese street-food vendors in nowadays.
What’s RED BREAM like? The fish is in season now and comes with very small flake, lean pinkish opaque flesh and a light delicate flavor. Red bream continues to grow popular as a slightly sweeter tasting alternative to sea bass.
