Having become a tradition over the Holiday Season, our SEASONAL SPECIALS menu features GAME SPECIALTIES such as KANGAROO and REINDEER.

If you haven’t had Kangaroo yet, it has a wonderful gamey taste that adds a lot of flavor without being overpowering, but don’t just take my word for it…if you can’t make it to Australia in person, you can try it now here!

Appetizers

Duck liver pate camera icon on toasted brioche, puree of pumpkin, Peruvian pepino, affilla cress, candied bacon and gewurztraminer reduction

Crab cakes served with pineapple chutney, pickled cucumber, seroendeng, rucola and sweet chili mayonnaise

Creamy butternut squash soup with sour cream, bacon, chives and shrimp

Entrees

Grilled kangaroo fillet served with mashed potato, compote of quinces, green beans and star anise sauce

Ostrich fan fillet served with potato gratin, red cabbage with apples, mushrooms and vadouvan sauce

Reindeer fillet served with coarse mustard mashed potato, glazed brussel sprouts, red wine poached pear and morel sauce

Dessert

Waffle ice cream sandwich made from Dutch “stroopwafels” and chocolate chip ice cream with hazelnuts, banana, whipped cream, chocolate sauce and coffee syrup
