BLUE CRAB are really unlike any other crab in the world, thanks to the growing conditions and the type of estuary in their living surroundings. “Blue crab are superior to any other crab in my opinion,” says Chef Erwin, “due to their depth of flavor and delicate texture”. Perfect for crab meat paired with Tzar caviar.

Another favorite of mine is the LAMB SHORT LOIN with 3 preparations of pumpkin.

Strawberries are just as much a must on VALENTINES DAY as champagne, a special gift and those famous three words that belong to your special one. We added strawberries to this menu with a special dessert…you don’t just say those words only once either, or? 😉
