BLUE CRAB are really unlike any other crab in the world, thanks to the growing conditions and the type of estuary in their living surroundings. “Blue crab are superior to any other crab in my opinion,” says Chef Erwin, “due to their depth of flavor and delicate texture”. Perfect for crab meat paired with Tzar caviar.
